How Escrow Protects You
Buyer Pays
After winning the auction, the buyer transfers the full amount (hammer price + 5% premium) to ORO Drive's escrow account via bank transfer. The money is held securely — not sent to the seller.
Buyer Inspects
The buyer (or their representative) inspects the car in person. They verify it matches the listing, the inspection report, and the seller's description. If it doesn't match, they raise a dispute before confirming.
Funds Released
Once the buyer confirms the car is as described, the hammer price is released to the seller's bank account. If there's a dispute, ORO Drive mediates. Your money is protected throughout.
